SUITE RENTALS – because Watercolour is moored at the downtown  Plaza of Nations marina next to a major casino (the “Edgewater”)  scheduled to open in November 2004, guests can easily replace upscale hotel accommodations by staying aboard Watercolour.

Downtown areas are a short walk or cab ride away and Yaletown  is only a 10 minute walk down the seawall  lined with restaurants and marinas.  Although a rental car is probably not necessary while staying aboard Watercolour, parking is available at the Plaza of Nations directly next to the marina.

MASTER SUITE and SALON:             US$395/night (minimum 2 nights)

US$2,500/week (monthly rate upon request)

Sleeps 1 – 6 people.

Description:  the master suite features a designer four-poster queen size bed, double marble sinks, and double-wide Jacuzzi tub. There is also full access to the galley with refrigerator,  a utility room with washer/dryer,  the main salon with wet bar,  48” television, Bose sound system; as well as the main  covered deck with large grill. There is a full master bathroom with shower immediately adjacent to the master suite.

The main salon with its 8 – 9 foot ceilings has approximately 900 square feet of open area with 8 and 9 foot ceilings.  Sleeping accommodations are a hide-a-bed and a pullout platform bed.

Square footage: approximately 1,500 square feet and equivalent to a large luxury apartment.

HONEYMOON SUITE:             US$195 per night (minimum 2 nights)

US$1,250 per week (monthly rate upon request)

Sleeps 1-2 people.

Description: authentic 1929 wood panels and parquet floors; 10 foot ceilings; raised king-size bed and European bath; television, vcr and sound system.

There is also full access to the spacious pilot house equipped with  sitting area, refrigerator and coffee maker; as well as a stern deck immediately behind the pilot house and overhead of the Honeymoon Suite.

Square footage: approximately 550 square feet inclusive of the stern deck (covered).

WATERCOLOUR I – entire yacht: US$550 per night (minimum 2 nights)

                                                              US$3,500 per week (monthly rate upon request)

Cruises for guests staying aboard Watercolour are available upon request at an additional $275 per hour. Typical day trips are 2 to 8 hours to a variety of interesting destinations.

On a weekly rental,  a  free 2 hour cruise is included

GENERAL INFORMATION

- A week is 7 nights and 7 days

- Catering is available upon request.

- Full maid service is included

CHARTERS

Watercolour may be chartered under the maritime laws of Canada and British Columbia under what is generally known as “bareboat charter”.  Up to 60 people may be comfortably entertained  aboard Watercolour.

RATES:

Hourly: $475

Daily (10 hours): $4,000

Weekly (7 days): $25,000
